All of our diamonds, emeralds, rubies and sapphires are natural gemstones sourced from ethical suppliers. We do not use lab-created stones. Each gemstone is carefully selected for color, clarity, cut and carat weight.

Once approved, production typically takes 4-9 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. You will receive information and updates throughout the process until your piece is finally made.

Our prices reflect the quality of the gemstones, materials and workmanship, starting at 600 euros and increasing depending on the size of the gemstone, rarity and complexity of the design. Custom-made items are quoted individually. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

Yes, each piece comes with a certificate detailing the gemstone specifications (carat, color, clarity) and metal purity. All of our colorless diamonds over 0.30 carats are also accompanied by lab reports from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the International Gemological Institute (IGI).

All of our jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers repairs to loose inlays, broken clasps, and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, stone loss, or damage from misuse are not covered by the warranty.

We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn, undamaged, in-stock jewelry that is in the “Ready to Ship” status. Custom-made jewelry is a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Returns of jewelry in the “Ready to Ship” status must include original packaging and certificates. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All DITANI jewelry, regardless of its value, is delivered free of charge to the Republic of Bulgaria and all countries of the European Union.

For the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, orders are delivered with the reliability and accountability of Econt. For all countries of the European Union, orders are delivered via FedEx.

All shipments are insured and require a signature upon arrival for security.

Yes! In addition to our fine jewelry collections, we specialize in sourcing and selling independently certified investment grade diamonds typically starting at 0.50 carats and up, with excellent cut, D–F color, IF–VS2 clarity, and exceptional symmetry/polish.

We use diamonds in our jewelry that are of excellent parameters and meet the DITANI Diamond Standard.

We also offer personalized consultation for acquiring natural investment grade diamonds certified by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the Gemological Institute of International (IGI).

To maintain their shine, clean your jewelry carefully with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals and store your jewelry in DITANI boxes to prevent scratching. For emeralds and rubies, which are more delicate, professional cleaning is recommended every 6-12 months. Diamonds and sapphires are more durable, but they still need to be cared for.

We offer the “Lifetime Care” service, which includes a free professional cleaning of your DITANI jewelry once a year. The service is unlimited and is performed in person at our boutique at 18 Krichim St., Lozenets, Sofia.
