DELIVERY
All D I T A N I jewelry, regardless of its value, is delivered free of charge to the Republic of Bulgaria and all countries of the European Union.
For the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, orders are delivered with the reliability and accountability of Econt. For all countries of the European Union, orders are delivered via FedEx.
RETURNS
Products with the status “Ready for delivery”, purchased online or from a D I T A N I boutique, can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, if they are returned unworn, in perfect condition and without any remarks and in a condition fit for sale.
D I T A N I does not offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect purchases.
It is the customer’s responsibility to safely return the item(s) to
D I T A N I and this remains their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our customer service team.
To initiate a return, please submit the request to contact@ditani.bg. You can also return D I T A N I products to our boutique.
D I T A N I does not accept returns of products if:
– Not returned in their original condition or packaging
– Returned outside the specified return period
– Made to order
D I T A N I reserves the right to return the item(s) to the sender if any of the above occurs.
For purchases made online, customers benefit from a period of 14 calendar days for returns.
Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the buyer will inform the seller of his intention to withdraw from the contract by sending an email to contact@ditani.bg.
Important:
Only jewelry in its original packaging (DI T A N I jewelry box) and accompanied by promotional materials related to the value of the transaction (envelope, tissue, vanity case, DI T A N I jewelry box in two parts, ribbon) will be accepted for return.
As for the return of products and the refund of the equivalent value, they can only be made on the basis of the receipt and only in the store where they were purchased, in accordance with the legal provisions, namely: the refund of the value of the product is granted only if it has a manufacturing defect that cannot be attributed to the buyer and the product cannot be brought into conformity (repaired) or cannot be replaced with a new, identical product.
Jewelry, due to the fact that it is created and manufactured to order, cannot be returned (in accordance with current legislation). Jewelry that is created and made only to order cannot be returned.
In the case of rings that can be resized, the customer can request this service, the modification procedure is charged according to the complexity of the specific model.
The buyer will bear the shipping costs, as well as any type of insurance related to the return of the product within 14 calendar days of receipt.
The buyer will not be able to return the purchased products and/or will not be able to claim any other compensation in the following situations:
– The return request is made after the end of the 14 calendar day period.
– The returned product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, accompanied by the related advertising materials, boxes and documents.
The buyer will be notified in the order confirmation email whether the product is subject to return or not and whether there are costs in case of return.
If the buyer chooses a different return route than the one agreed upon by the seller, the buyer is responsible for all packaging and handling irregularities found upon receipt of the return.
The seller will refund the amount received to the buyer within 14 calendar days from the date on which he received the withdrawal request from him, by bank transfer to the buyer’s IBAN account.
